It is asked that you view these rules before submitting fanfiction to Otaku Island's Fanfic Thread to know what is and is not acceptable for submission. Overall rules still apply to any and all Fanfiction threads on the Otaku Island forums. Failure to heed these rules will result in your thread and writing being removed.
1. What is considered "inappropriate content?"
Inappropriate content contained in fanfictions includes, but is not limited to the following: Heavily described gore/guro, writings with sexual content, text with racist/LGBT+phobic/or other written text that was tyoed with the intent to harass another user or group of people. Blood may be used in moderation as well as other scenes of action.
2. Text with the intent to start arguments
If your fanfiction is meant to insight arguments among users due to it's subject matter (I.E. Regarding shipping two characters and wanting to start an argument about another ship.) it should not be posted.
3. Ratings
Please include ratings at the top of your fanfic before posting along with summaries and/or shipping and subject/trigger warning tags where it applies. Otaku Island's forum allows for fanfiction with ratings of General Audiences to Teen audiences. Mature rated fanfiction is not allowed.
